Alexander Korshunov, “Decisions to support citizens were necessary”

Now in the state of emergency many citizens and businesses are in a difficult situation. Some have suspended their activities, others have reduced their working hours. Therefore, the state needed to make certain decisions to support citizens, business entities and manufacturing enterprises.

We understand the development of the situation in foreign markets and are aware that budget revenues will decrease due to the pandemic. Based on the budget possibilities, decisions were made to support citizens and legal entities.

We understand that the state should rely only on its resources and capabilities. At the same time, pensions, social obligations and wages to public sector employees must be paid on time and in full.
