The legislation prescribes the ability to broadcast court hearings by radio, television and the global Internet. Establish uniform rules for all types of legal proceedings. Appropriate amendments are being made to the constitutional law "On the Constitutional Court", to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Arbitration and Civil Procedure Codes, to the laws "On Personal Data" and "On Providing Access to Information on the Activities of the PMR Courts". The authors of the package of legislations were deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and the Media Igor Buga, Ruslan Gareev, Andrey Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk. The initiatives of colleagues were considered by the Committee on Legislation today.

It is established that it is possible to broadcast on the initiative of the court or at the request of the parties, with the permission of the court. It is adopted taking into account the observance of the interests of justice, ensuring the safety of participants in legal proceedings, preventing the disclosure of information constituting a secret protected by law. Closed court hearings are prohibited from broadcasting.

The package of legislations concerns the posting of the texts of judicial acts on the Internet, in addition. They should exclude the personal data of the participants in the trial: full name, date and place of birth, passport details, phone numbers, etc. Instead of them, initials, pseudonyms and other designations are published that do not allow identifying the participants in the trial.

The proposed legislations, according to the authors, are aimed at ensuring citizens' access to justice, maximum openness and transparency of the courts.

The deputies of the Legislation Committee supported the initiatives of their colleagues. They will be considered in the first reading at one of the plenary sessions.

In addition, the Constitutional Law "On the Constitutional Court of the PMR" prescribes the possibility to submit an appeal in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic signature. A special form can be filled out on the official website of the Constitutional Court in a special section. The profile committee has prepared the law-in-draft for adoption in the second reading.
