The internal affairs bodies and the state security service of the republic, not only employees of the relevant public service, will draw up reports on administrative offenses for those who do not comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards during the quarantine period. Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses were proposed by the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky. The document was sent to the Supreme Council in the regime of legislative necessity. Today, the law-in-draft was discussed remotely by deputies of the Legislation Committee. They will recommend at the plenary session to adopt the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses in two readings at once. The changes will allow to quickly identify and suppress offenders. According to the amendments adopted in March of this year, the Administrative Code establishes administrative responsibility for non-compliance with sanitary standards, evasion of mandatory hospitalization or temporary isolation of people with suspected infectious disease during the quarantine period and for unauthorized leaving the place of temporary isolation.

The deputies of the Committee considered the draft resolution of the Supreme Council on amnesty. This year, it is dedicated to two anniversary dates: the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the 30th anniversary of the PMR establishment. The profile committee on legislation worked on the document together with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Prosecutor's Office, the Investigative Committee and the Supreme Court. The procedure has been developed for applying the draft amnesty decree. Documents will be considered in the first reading tomorrow at plenary.

Another issue that the deputies of the relevant committee considered today was related to making additional adjustments to the scheme for the formation of electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Supreme Council of the VII convocation approved earlier by the Supreme Council. It is necessary to clarify the boundaries of some constituencies of Tiraspol, Bendery and Grigoriopol. The appropriate draft resolution of the Supreme Council has been prepared.
