A number of organizations at their own expense carried out preventive measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection during the pandemic due to the epidemiological situation in the republic. Workers were provided with personal protective equipment, disinfection, tests were purchased. In addition, fluorographic studies and medical examinations of employees were carried out. According to current legislation, these costs are also subject to taxation. Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Viktor Guzun proposed to legislatively regulate this issue.
Deputies of the Committee will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On measures of state support in connection with the introduction of state of emergency and restrictive measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection caused by a new type of COVID-19 virus in 2020 and 2021" in two readings.
