The changes proposed by the Government to a number of laws relate to the collection, storage and use of information using a single automated information system.
In particular, we are talking about unified automated system for technical inspection and a database of persons employed abroad. Today, the data of the State Information System is recorded on the basis of legal acts of the Government. The database has been maintained since 2014 for technical inspection and for persons employed abroad - since 2020. The law-in-draft proposes to bring the collection of such information into line with the current legislation, since the law "On information, information technology and information protection" says that the list of types of information provided on mandatory basis is established by laws. The deputies of the Agro-Industrial Complex Committee supported this initiative and will recommend to the deputy corps to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
