In the course of the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry, parliamentarians examined about ten legislations. In the second reading mode, amendments to the law "On licensing of certain types of activities" were supported. The author of the law-in-draft was the parliamentarian Grigory Dyachenko.
There is no possibility of selling goods and services by cashless settlement in the current legislation. At the same time, payment with the use of payment cards became more and more popular - by transferring funds from bank account to the seller.
The author of the law-in-draft proposes to fill the legal gap and provide an opportunity for individuals, goods, works and services to be sold for non-cash foreign currency, including using payment cards on the territory of PMR, within the framework of the current type of activity, the implementation of which is possible with a license.
As part of the consideration of the law-in-draft in the second reading mode, five amendments to the adoption, drafted by the chairman of the profile committee, Viktor Guzun, were prepared. Parliamentarians supported the idea of reforming the settlement system. The point in this issue is to present the question for the deputies in the course of tomorrow's plenary session.
